Once you send your enquiry, we will arrange an initial conversation that's tailored to get us all on the same page quickly and efficiently. Importantly, we run a compact and connected team, whom we involve from the get go. Which means you're always working with the A-team. Here's what you can expect when you reach out :)

  1. Send us an enquiry by clicking "Say Hi" or "Enquire Today"
  2. We'll schedule an informal chat either via video call or in person to understand the challenge and see if we are a good fit for each other. At this stage there is no cost or commitment required from you and will result in the following outputs.

  3. Once we have a clear grasp of the project between us we will present a top line approach and ball park costs. Again there is no cost or commitment required at this stage.

  4. Once we're both comfortable we can start the commercial engagement, most usually via a workshop or initial support tasks. At this stage there is both a cost and level of commitment required.
    • Strategic Workshop
      Time is tracked hourly and itemised by the minute on invoices. However we'll agree tasks and estimate hours to deliver workshop tasks. Requires 70% deposit on hours to kick off.
    • Support Agreement
      Time is tracked hourly and itemised by the minute on invoiced. You can set a maximum cap on hours to help manage budgets. Note this requires a70% deposit for first batch of hours after which invoices are raised bi-weekly.
  5. Workshops or support tend to lead to a clear understanding of any required efforts. When relevant for work that generally spans multiple weeks a project proposal will be provided fully describing the the epics and user stories of the project for sign off. This detailed document allows you and us to be confident on the delibvery so that timelines and costs can be fixed.
    • Fixed Cost Project
      Always built from the output of a Strategic Workshop or a support request. Projects are split in to 1-2 week sprints and delivered. Invoices are raised on the basis of 70% deposit each sprint started and 30% on completion. Allowing us to parallel work to available resources and provide an agile responsive weekly schedule.

While strategy workshops vary in cost depending on the number of tasks and complexity of requirements, we generally see them range between £3k at the low end up to £40k at the high end. If there is significant complexity & future uncertainty then we tend to opt for smaller phased workshop efforts.

Our median workshop is usually between £3k and £25k.

Migration project cost depend on the complexity of requirements. For simple sites with small data sets we can see them range from £4k - £15k at the low end up to £25k to £100k+ for complex mature organisations at the high end.

Our median migration project ranges from £20-£65k.

Yes, we are happy to take on ad-hoc requests via support. You can get started with our team from as little £500, when you set you're support cap at our lowest level of 5hrs.
